Medical Director
Jessica Barfield Doto
BSN, MSN, APRN, ANP-C
Jessica began her medical career in 1988 and brings decades of diverse clinical experience to her role as Medical Director. She earned her BSN from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and her MSN from Monmouth University in New Jersey. She is nationally board-certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Her background spans emergency care, flight nursing, hospital medicine, and intensive care. Since 2006, she has also specialized in medical aesthetics and IV micronutrient therapy—first in her longstanding New Jersey practice, and later as the founder of Galvanic in Ithaca, which she has led since 2020.
As Medical Director of Elysara Ithaca, Jessica brings a unique clinical lens and a whole-body approach to regenerative aesthetics and functional wellness.

Nilam Ali
BS, RN
Nilam Ali is a Registered Nurse dedicated to empowering clients through cosmetic enhancements. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for helping others achieve their beauty goals, Nilam specializes in natural-looking results with neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Committed to personalized care, she creates a comfortable and trusting environment where clients can feel confident in their journey toward enhanced well-being and self-esteem.
At Elysara Ithaca, Nilam combines her clinical expertise with a warm and reassuring presence, helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Her goal is to help each person feel confident in their skin and supported every step of the way.
Nilam has called Ithaca home for over 20 years, where she lives with her family.
